Islamabad all set to get first seven-star hotel [Check Location]
ISLAMABAD – The development of Islamabad’s first seven-star hotel has reached its final administrative and technical stages, with all preparations in place ahead of its construction.
The state-of-the-art hotel is being designed to accommodate and host distinguished foreign guests during the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit.
Reports indicate that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially invited international companies to collaborate on the project. The construction will be carried out through a public-private partnership or joint venture with global firms.
According to the global tender issued by CDA, the seven-star hotel will be constructed in the high-security Red Zone area of Islamabad, a location chosen for its significance and proximity to key government institutions.
The hotel will feature world-class residential and conference facilities, similar to those found in other capital cities around the world.
The proposed hotel will include large conference halls of international standards, modern seminar and meeting rooms, spacious banquet halls, luxurious guest rooms, and the installation of advanced security systems.
Additionally, a multi-story parking facility will be built to provide premium services for diplomatic delegations, government officials, and international participants.
CDA officials believe the project will not only elevate Pakistan’s global profile but also contribute to the development of modern architecture in the capital. The completion of the hotel is considered a priority to ensure high-standard accommodation and facilities for distinguished guests attending the SCO Summit.
